Who you are contracting with
The sessions, the workshops and the AI Weekly newsletter are provided by Xavi Creus, operated through Aurum VOS from Barcelona, Spain. The legal name and tax ID of the issuer appear on every invoice. Contact: [email protected] or the contact form on the home page.
Prices, VAT and invoices
All prices on this site are in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at payment according to your country and, for companies, your tax ID. Payment is by card through Stripe, and you receive an invoice for every payment.
- Meeting, 1 hour: €1,000.
- Short workshop, 4 hours: €3,000.
- Long workshop, 8 hours: €5,000.
- AI Weekly newsletter: €12 a year.
Booking a session
You choose the format, the date and the time and you pay on the same page. While you pay, the time is held for you for 30 minutes. The booking is confirmed when the payment goes through, and you receive a confirmation email with a calendar invitation.
Sessions take place online or in Barcelona at no extra cost. Anywhere else, travel is added at cost and agreed in advance.
Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
Sessions are professional services for businesses and professionals. If you book as a consumer, by choosing a specific date you ask for the service to be performed on that date, and the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to a session that has already taken place.
- You can move a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, from the link in your confirmation email.
- With less than 24 hours to go, write to me. If something serious came up we will find another time.
- If you booked the wrong format, write to me before the session and we adjust: you pay the difference or I refund it.
- If a session or workshop is not the right fit, I refund it. Cancellation requests are sent from the same link and answered by email.
- If I have to move a session, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
AI Weekly subscription
The subscription is annual and renews automatically every year at the price in force, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in any issue: emails stop, the subscription does not renew and you are not charged again.
If you subscribe as a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of the payment for a full refund. After that, a cancelled year is not refunded pro rata.
The newsletter is information and opinion, researched with the help of AI and edited by me. It is not financial, legal or investment advice.
Confidentiality and liability
Everything you tell me in a session stays between us, and I sign an NDA if you want one. Sessions are advice: the decisions, and their results, are yours. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer law gives you the right to another court.
